Captain Dyado Nikola - Gabrovo JSC produces a three-layer and compact sewerage system comprising pipes and fittings of unplasticized polyvinyl chloride from DN100mm to DN 315mm from SN2 to SN8. They are distinguished by their specific structure made of an inner and outer smooth layer and an intermediate layer of foamed polyvinyl chloride.
Unplasticized polyvinyl chloride (PVC-U) gives a higher rigidity and strength to the article and reduces the risk of harmful emissions from the structure of the material in water, as is observed with plasticized polyvinylchloride where part of the plasticizers may fall into the water and hence further pollute the environment.

Common features:
Pipes are produced by extrusion and bonding parts by injection molding of polyvinylchloride-based compositions with the addition of stabilizing systems, pigments, sliding and other substances necessary for the processing
Unplasticized polyvinylchloride (PVC-U) gives greater rigidity and strength to the article and reduces the risk of harmful emissions from the structure of the material in water, as is observed with plasticized polyvinylchloride, whereby part of the plasticizers may fall into the water and thereby further polluting the environment.
Purpose:
For the construction of external and internal water pipelines (DN20-DN315) for drinking and technical needs as well as for fluids (acids, bases, salts, etc.) to the material is chemically stable
